March and April Project.
We have been asked to donate candy for the CDC children. The deadline is April 3rd to provide time to stuff the eggs for each child. So, no peanuts or peanut butter. They need small individually wrapped candies that will fit into a regular plastic egg – not the large eggs. Each child will receive several eggs. The CDC committee will be preparing the bags of eggs as noted by the teachers. (The youngest classes will be receiving non-candy items in case you were wondering. I think my Sunday School class may be taking care of that.)
We will also be collecting candy for a community egg hunt on Saturday, April 16th. More details to follow – bring your grandchildren!
